Vitamin D - Harvard Uni research strongly supports it to slow MS progression

A recent study by Harvard university suggested that on the basis of current evidence over 70% of cases in the US and Europe could be prevented by keeping Vitamin D levels above 100nmol.
They say that the studies suggest supplementation in the order of 4,000-10,000 iu per day., for people with first episode of MS, and for people with MS to slow progression.
