The law in Victoria gives you a number of ways to help ensure you have maximum control over how decisions are made when you are not in a position to make those decisions yourself, whether that ability is affected by age, accident or disability.

Understanding these options can be quite confusing

The Office of the Public Advocate will provide advice on various types of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Guardianship & Administration

Their free resource, also called Taking Control, will be available on the day

All people over the age of 18 should consider the value of enduring powers of attorney.

Come along, hear about the powers available, ask questions, seek clarification:

There is no cost for this program

Interpreters are available upon request

N.b. this program is not specifically for people with MS only, others are welcome to attend
