Hi Sarah,

Welcome to this very helpful site, and yes it is a wealth of information. I find its always good to hear from others who have MS, especially if (like me) you don't personally know any other people with MS.
I was also diagnosed in Nov 2009.
Hope your MS journey is going ok so far......

Hi Sarah,

this site is so supportive and is a wealth of knowledge. It has helped me so much on my journey so far. I was only diagnosed in March this year and I have found sharing with others to be a great benefit to me not to mention the advice and support I've received.

Cool another Sydney sider we have m.s. swims, walks and there is the bike ride from Sydney to the gong coming up....You wont get bored.. Are you still active and getting around..

Ronnie lives not far from me and Karen is a way bit further on.

We had lunch at Parramatta RSL last ear.

I live in the hawkesbury region - but I work in the hills district and go to macquarie uni so I get around a bit!
Not much of a bike rider but I do try to keep fairly active - finding the time is an issue (excuses excuses Tongue )
