Education program - Get Active - Blackburn

A 2 hour information session for people who wish to participate in an exercise program to improve their general health, and want to know how to go about this.

This session will provide advice and strategies on how to get started!

This program is free of charge, and will be led by Joanne Airey, Physiotherapist, and Jon Adams, Health Promotion Officer

Parking is available via Solwood lane, and the centre is an easy walk from Blackburn Railway Station.

Light refreshments will be available on arrival if you are coming straight from work.

Please RSVP, Family and Friends are most welcome to attend. Registrations are essential as we can only proceed if we have sufficient interest,
