shoutbox and smiley faces

Howdy,

Just wondering, is this new site going to have a shoutbox like the old one? or will the chatroom take its place?

And also, are all the smiley faces moving in with us too....I love the smiley faces Smile (I am trying one just in case)

(also, I didnt know which "forum tag" to use, as there isnt one for site questions, so just used news... ?)
