Yes believe it or not Internet etiquette is referred to as Netiquette and this page is a guide for Netiquette on OzMS

Groups guide (Organic Groups)

Groups on drupal is a really wonderful feature, hopefully you signed up to your state or country group when you joined, it just makes things easier is all, of course you can still join a group if you didn't do it when you joined.

Tags are now required for every type of post to this site.

Tags are formally called taxonomy.
