Victorian meet up RSVP thread (Autum 2010)

Hi everyone, as you already know, we are having a meet up on Saturday March the 20th (2010) As discussed here http://community.ozms.org/content/victorian-2010-ozms-meetup-details
With around 4 weeks left its time we start getting a show of hands at who and how many we have attending.
The basic details again:

How to send a private message (in preperation for RSVP's for the Melbourne meetup)

Hi everyone in preperation for getting together RSVP's the Melbourne meet up (which should hopefully be up within around 2 days of this blog post) I discovered a bit of confusion as to how to post private messages, and as this is my most preffered way of getting messages I began to think that perhaps a few people here may also have a bit of trouble, so thats why I created a how to guide.

I just posted about a BBQ for northern Tasmanians in what I thought was the right place. I went to Tasmania and posted there but.....should I have put it into events?
