Update on Sue(Pennysue) offline for a while

Hi all,
Just an update on Sue, she has been in hospital for a week and will be for longer. Sue had bowel surgery last Tuesday and is still recovering in hospital.
Sue is not online and probably won't be for another week. She looks forward to catching up on with all the blogs/forums she has missed.

Best wishes Sue, and hope the resting is doing you well Laughing out loud

20 Weeks, finish line here we come!

Today we had our 20 week scan, ok so technically we are at 19w4d. hee hee.

Babies are doing extremely well, they are both measuring right on target of 19w4d, its such a relief that they are growing equally! Heart beats good and strong, which was important for me after previous experiences.

Yup, me again.

Thursday was a very mixed day. In the morning I had the dudes show up with a couple if electric wheelchairs for me to trial. The one I have chosen is kind of 4-wheel-drive-ish because of my back yard and it will go down kerbs and stuff pretty well because of the very average footpath maintenance because out here in Glasshouse we don’t matter.

first tests for teriflunomide trial

Well I have just had my first round of tests for getting onto the trial, and have passed them: being off the Rebif has meant that my blood is getting back to normal- even had a WCC of 4.5 in the normal range!!!

Catheters - again.

Yesterday I got a phone call from the hospital AT LAST. I go in for the pre-admission thing next Thursday. Perfect because Dad goes in for a knee replacement Wednesday. Then the suprapubic is happening the following Tuesday. Yay, but gulp! Shock
