The site is pretty much configured with the modules that made it somewhat similar to the old site, of course things will probably change nothing is set in stone, but for now it has the main things that were needed. I am going to create topics possibly one a week or one every two weeks like this one that discuss certain features of the site and I really need people to reply and participate.

The rehabilitation department at the Royal Melbourne Hospital is working on a project that looks at the effectiveness of a peer support program called LifeMoves.

Vitamin D - study finds immune system can't fight off infections without it

Vitamin D has been found to be needed for T cells to work properly. Vitamin D is crucial to activating our immune defences and that without sufficient intake of the vitamin, the killer cells of the immune system – T cells – will not be able to react to and fight off serious infections in the body.

This is an excellent short video clip with three Aussie ladies speaking about living with MS. They all have great attitudes, get on with life, they are lucky to have supportive partners and employers, and that sure makes things easier. Lucky ladies!

Shows that supplementation does work. I'm going to stay on 5000 iu maintenance from now on.
All bloods were great, cholesterol down, blood fat down - no issues at all, perfectly healthy, until I stand up and start to wobble Smile

Oils ain't Oils differences between good and average fish oil

Stanford University Halts CCSVI Treatments After Two Serious Incidents

Researchers at Stanford University have halted treatments for chronic
cerebrospinal venous insufficiency (CCSVI) according February's
edition of the journal Annals of Neurology.

Study finds meditation decreases pain and fatigue in MS

A study has found that meditation for a period of two months decreases pain and fatigue in MS. The study also found that people had an increased ability to do activities away from home.

A Buddhist monk led the meditations for the MS group. A control group was placed on a wait list.
